Workshop Maintenance Sessions »

Our fully equipped workshop is used by young people who attend for a number of weeks depending on the type of programme they're on, to learn the basics of bike safety and maintenance.

Working primarily with groups of young people referred by external agencies, they are given the opportunity to learn about the systems that make a motorcycle work, what to do when it goes wrong and more importantly how to stop it from going wrong in the first place.

Some young people are working towards their City and Guilds qualification in motor vehicle repair while others are here to learn in an informal setting the skills necessary to carry out simple service procedures.

The programme is aimed at school aged youths and can form part of the school curriculum.
